Fabric: 

200D polyester/PVC, Seam-sealed, waterproof outer shell. Reversible polar fleece inner, clear ID & phone pockets. "H" pattern on front & back, Biomotion (2 hoops) CSR reflective tape on body. Polar fleece zip off sleeve converts to reversible vest. Embroidery access. Reverse side: 100% Polyester polar fleece.
